DWTS
I'm kinda done. Each season gets more and more boring. Sadly, This weeks it was Margaret Cho's turn to go home. It makes me sad because she could have been amazing. Plus, she did a grand performance for the gays and I just don't get it. Other people were so awful. But then again, it's partially the voting. I mean, the situation? Really?
Really?
Really.

And Bristol Palin? Ugh, I"m done.
Vote Jennifer Grey and be good with her winning!
Better with You
Each week I just love this show more and more. I love the opening with the same scenario and ho it plays out with three couples in three different stages of their relationships. HOw the newest couple is always so cute and open minded, the couple together for nine years has a routine and a schedule for everything, and the couple married for 35 years knows how everything will just play out.
This weeks episode was about the family Christmas card. It was actually kind of genius, because I think most shows are going to be doing the Halloween route and they brought in Christmas. It was amazing. I loved how the family had this kooky little language and Christmas like tradition that no one else really gets. Like, what the hell IS a Christmas nest?

I do love me some Joanna Garcia, but I would love to see her play someone other than a ditz. Debra Jo Rupp and Kurt Fuller as the parents are about as real as you can get. Yes, they are quirky and fun, but it actually makes me think of my own parents.
I love this show. I think it will be around for possibly 3 seasons. I mean, it doesn't really arc so much, but it doesn't really matter.
Modern Family
Every week, I can't get enough. I loved the earthquake. And of course Cameron can't lie to save his life and of course Nathan Lane guest stars as the gayest man alive. It was beautiful and I seriously laughed so hard. Nathan Lane is so wonderful. I do have to wonder what happened to his Broadway Show for the week of his filming?
But then Phil utilizes Clair's being stuck in the bathroom to fix a few things around the house that he already told Clair that he fixed. One being a bookcase that almost fell on Luke, who didn't want to get hurt, but then ran into a wall. By the time Clair gets out of the bathroom, the bookcase is fixed and PHil has to take Alex to the Museum.

And then by a mis-communication on the phone, Gloria thinks everyone is dead.
I mean, for real? This show is Brilliant. I have to say that my favorite part of the show is Gloria. Sofia Vergara is simply amazing. SHe's gorgeous and she's hilarious and so just damn committed to everything. I am stunned by her. Actually the entire cast. The kids are funny, but sometimes, I think the kid who plays Luke is just kinda weird. Not his character, but his acting. It's kinda bad, but it works.
Cougar Town.
I'm kinda bored of this show. I can't lie. I still watch of course, but that's just because of Ellie and Andy. Oh and Laurie. I know I've said it before, but they really are the best things on the show. Of course the show wouldn't exist without Courtney Cox and the heartthrob she's dating on the show, but still, it just feels like a more grown up Monica.

The empty nest syndrome and visits to college are a little tired for me. But I do like how the show changes the title every week. On week it was "Still Cougar Town.' This week it was, "Badly named Cougar Town." It's fun. I almost want to watch to see what it's going to be called.
Desperate Housewives.
My gay little soap opera. It really it over the top dramatic. Insane scenarios and implausible plotlines fill this show. It's like every bad thing that's every happened in a suburb ever in the world, is happening on this one little street in California.
Susan is really getting into her new job as a sexy housekeeper, and ends up fighting with another tenant who does the same thing. I mean, for real? This is really happening? I mean, it's slutsville all over this place and I just can't believe something like this. And I'm so tired of Susan. I think she's such a wimpy whiney woman who can't deal with anything.
Lynette steals Tom's medical marijuana and replaces it with Oregano. Far fetched, but more believable than anything else on this show. I know that if my dad was prescribed pot, my mom would feel weird about it too. The man has small children and it would really be setting a bad example. However, I'd be all too excited about getting medical pot as well. So it would be fun to get. And of course he had to try and share it; college nerd just trying to be cool with the popular guys on the block, and OF COURSE they point out that it's not real. HAHA

Gabby of course realizes that she doesn't like her daughter just being out there and not knowing about how she's doing. So she hires a lawyer to find her without thinking about the consequences. I mean it's typical of her character, but it's actually kinda scary to think that she could lose her own child. I actually love this story line and it's really making me a believer of Evan Longoria-Parkers acting. I think they are really giving her something to work with. It's actually a nice turn from her bullshit she pulled on the first season.
Bree is just getting boring. Oh wah wah, I'm embarrassed to admit I have feelings. I like a boy but it's not nice to admit it. Blah blah blah. Then because I didn't say anything, I have to resort to something stupid to get his attention. It's so stupid. And due to all of this, she could have had a friend in Vanessa Williams, but instead she had to make an enemy. Ok, it's just unnecessary drama. And not even good drama. Vanessa Williams does need a purpose to be on the show and they are just struggling to give her the role of the vampy bitch of the street. But come on, give her a good reason.
This season is crap, but I still watch. AHHHHHHHHHHH I can't believe i still watch and love it! GIve me more Gabby!!!
Brothers and Sisters.
Another week of crying on the show. Yes there are humorous moments, but overall everything just made me sad.
Rebecca came back!!! YAY! It makes me sad that the show is doing budget cuts and she's not really on the show anymore, but I just love her. I think she and Justin have such great chemistry and I just want her back. She came back to see her mom who doesn't remember her so well, but then they have a small fight, and she turns to Justin. Apparently they are divorced and just haven't told anyone. It's so weird. She acts like she's addicted to Justin and needs rehab from him. It's so strange, but sad and I love it.
Sarah's birthday comes up and we all find out that she's still lying to Luc about her age and he thinks it's her 40th, and they all agree not to say anything, except Justin, who ruins it in a Norah like fashion, which is pretty amazing. He's become the voice of reason the show. I love that the youngest person in the family has the most to say and is acting like the most mature person there.

Overall, it was a decent episode, but not great. I do love the show and I'll keep watching, but I need something good to happen. i want Rebecca back. I want Scotty and Kevin to have a baby, and I want Kitty to move on from Robert's death. I really need something good.
